IDr. Eunice Menja, PhD, LMFT‑C, is the Founder and CEO of GuideMe Coaches, a coaching and personal development practice dedicated to helping individuals, families, and professionals thrive. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, family systems, education, case management, and nonprofit leadership, she brings a rare blend of clinical insight, coaching expertise, and research‑driven strategy to every client she serves.

Dr. Menja is a Certified Life Coach, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist‑Candidate, university lecturer, and published scholar whose work spans trauma recovery, human development, parenting, relationships, and community empowerment. Her transnational leadership through Upendo Kids Inc. has impacted children and families across the U.S. and Kenya, shaping her holistic, culturally attuned approach to coaching.

At GuideMe Coaches, she leads programs in career coaching, employee–employer matching, case management support, sobriety coaching, life coaching, teen and parenting coaching, premarital and marital coaching, as well as education and research services. Her mission is simple: to guide people toward clarity, confidence, and purposeful living through compassionate, evidence‑based support.
